About Our Client

Job Description
Key areas of responsibility:
3. Lead the year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
4. Prepare and review financial statements in line with statutory requirements.
5. Manage the trial balance and group consolidations, ensuring integrity of financial data.
6. Provide hands-on technical expertise, diving into detail where required.
7. Supervise and mentor a team of 3 finance staff, fostering strong performance and collaboration.
8. Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end delivery.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
11. Handle ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
12. ACA or ACCA qualified, with strong technical accounting knowledge.
13. Proven experience in year-end reporting and consolidations.
14. Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse complex data.
15. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a dynamic PE-backed environment.
16. Strong leadership skills with experience managing small finance teams.
