We are seeking a motivated, skilled and enthusiastic teacher to join our Maths & Business faculty. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Maths and committed to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching of Mathematics to students across the relevant key stages.
* Contribute to the development of the Maths & Business faculty and support a 1 to 1 device digital journey to enhance student engagement and learning.
* Raise attainment and achievement of all pupils and participate in the wider life of the school.
* Support and/or lead extra-curricular clubs and activities.
Qualifications and skills
* Qualified teacher with a commitment to inspiring students and delivering engaging mathematics lessons.
* Experience or interest in integrating digital skills into teaching practice.
* Active interest in current educational developments.
* Willingness to contribute to school culture and collegial collaboration.
Safeguarding and pre-employment checks
* This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. An Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required if applicable. An unconditional offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of these checks.
