System Administrator (Quinyx)
3-Month Contract | Charity Sector (Mental Health & Disability)
£350 per day | Inside IR35
Fully Remote (Laptop collection required on Day 1)
We are partnering with a well established charitable organisation specialising in mental health and disability services to recruit an experienced System Administrator with strong Quinyx expertise.
This role will play a key part in supporting and maintaining the organisation’s workforce management and scheduling systems, ensuring smooth day to day operations that directly support frontline care and support services.
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of Quinyx, working closely with operational teams, HR, and service managers. You will ensure the system is reliable, accurate, and optimised to meet the needs of a complex, people-focused organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administering and supporting Quinyx, with a strong focus on scheduling and workforce management
* Managing system configuration, user access, permissions, and role-based controls
* Supporting system changes, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Acting as a point of contact for Quinyx related queries, troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents
* Ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with organisational policies
* Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand scheduling and operational requirements
* Supporting reporting and system insights where required
Required Experience:
* Proven hands-on experience with Quinyx (backend administration or as a highly technical user)
* Strong background in system administration and application support
* Experience supporting scheduling, rota, or workforce management systems
* Technically confident, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
* Comfortable working in a remote contract environment
