Business Development Representative
We’re working with a high-growth, insights-led solutions provider in the FMCG space that’s looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive UK growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to learn from experienced mentors, gain full-cycle sales exposure, and make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do:
* Qualify inbound leads and run outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Support Account Directors on client engagement and account growth
* Lead discovery calls and tailor outreach to key FMCG decision-makers
* Shadow and assist with later-stage deals to learn the full sales cycle
* Stay on top of industry trends and product updates
What You’ll Bring:
* 1+ year in a sales, commercial, or client-facing role
* Confident, curious, and resilient with strong people skills
* Familiarity with CRM and digital communication tools
* A track record of achievement (academic, sports, or other)
