We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager, to oversee the daily operations of a Restaurant in Canterbury, Kent.
Duties:
Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery.
Supervise and support team members, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, inventory management, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operational areas.
Manage customer relations, addressing complaints or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Assist in training new staff members and ongoing professional development of team members.
Support event planning and execution as needed, including serving during busy periods or special functions.
Maintain organised records of daily operations, staff schedules, and inventory.
