Stoke by Nayland CE Primary School are looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to work in all year groups across the school who:
* has mathematics and English GCSE to Grade C or equivalent
* can undertake a range of tasks to support learning, such as numeracy groups, discussing stories or listening to reading
* can follow plans and work on their own initiative
* communicates clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
* is able to support an individual pupil, or small group of pupils, some of whom may have Special Educational Needs
* can contribute to assessments and carry out observations
* has good maths and English skills
* has good behaviour management skills
* is a good team player and has a willingness to contribute to the general smooth running of our school
* can use simple computer programmes to record information.
