Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team based from its Hull office, supporting the delivery of construction projects procured primarily under the JCT suite of contracts. The Role The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account. Working closely with site teams, clients and the supply chain, the role is key to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and in line with contractual and commercial requirements.
