Selecta is the leading provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe. We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to enhance our client experience team and ensure our customers receive unparalleled service.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Executive at Selecta, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, solving customer inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a vital role in promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
* Provide accurate and thorough information regarding Selecta services and products.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
* Document all interactions and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and develop service strategies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
* Support in training new staff members and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience with CRM systems and handling customer data.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
