Enterprise Account Executive | Strategic New Business (SaaS) £80,000 base salary £160,000 OTE
We are hiring on behalf of a scaling SaaS company that supports large, complex organisations in managing critical operations across distributed teams.
The business is at a key growth stage and is investing in building a high-performing enterprise sales team to capture increasing market demand.
What You Will Be Responsible For
This role focuses on acquiring and developing enterprise customers (2,500+ employees), with full ownership of the revenue cycle.
You will:
* Generate and develop new enterprise opportunities through targeted outbound activity
* Lead complex, high-value sales engagements from first interaction through to close
* Engage multiple stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels
* Navigate structured buying processes including procurement, compliance, and RFPs
* Build and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term expansion
You will not inherit pipeline. You will build it, own it, and close it.

This role requires a strong understanding of how large enterprises buy software.

* Has a proven track record closing complex enterprise SaaS deals
* Understands how to map organisations and align with economic buyers
* Is comfortable operating across long, multi-stage sales cycles
* Can manage procurement processes and stakeholder alignment effectively
* Takes a structured, thoughtful approach to winning large deals
You should also bring:

* Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is advantageous
