Responsibilities
* Lead the daily running of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for all residents
* Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and drive continuous improvement towards Good and Outstanding outcomes
* Manage, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team, fostering a supportive workplace culture
* Oversee budgets, occupancy, and business performance to maintain long-term sustainability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
* Ensure safeguarding, dignity, and person-centred care remain at the heart of all practice

Qualifications
* NMC nurse qualification - essential
* Level 5 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager with a successful record of Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
* Strong knowledge of regulatory and safeguarding requirements
* Demonstrated ability in staff management, budgeting, and business operations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
