Overview
Landlord Services are looking for a full-time business support assistant to provide administrative support to the housing management teams.
The role provides general administrative support for the tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy support teams. As well as undertaking this the role also includes supporting the income team with the universal credit verification process.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the housing management teams across tenancy, anti-social behaviour and tenancy support.
* Support the income team with universal credit verification processes.
* Communicate with customers, colleagues, and contractors by phone and email.
* Manage and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment with minimal direction.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Significant administration experience in a busy office environment.
* Experience of working with IT.
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.
