As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:
* Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
* Build strong relationships with industry leaders and candidates to grow your professional network.
* Leverage advanced AI tools and data-driven insights to identify and connect with top talent in the Fresh Produce market.
* Stay ahead of market trends through research and analysis to deliver exceptional results.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team and help build a scalable, high-performing recruitment practice.
* Manage your research and administrative support effectively, fairly, and efficiently.
* Provide updates to senior leadership on market development progress.
