Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator on a temporary basis. Role - Administrator Location – Various locations across Edinburgh – must be happy to travel across the city Hours of work – Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 - 1555 Start date – as soon as possible Duration – Ongoing Pay rate - £14.51 per hour As an Administrator, you will be: Supporting various locations across Edinburgh with their administrative tasks Managing a shared mailbox Liaising with the wider team via MS Teams Answering queries by phone, email and in person Cash handling Completing banking transactions Completing reconciliations Any other administrative tasks as required. You should have excellent customer service, be comfortable with Microsoft Office packages and be willing to learn. This role will require a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland at a cost of £25.
