With a strong foothold in the Solutions-as-a-Service space, they combine sophisticated modelling and deep customer insight to drive meaningful growth for clients - from retail to veterinary sectors.
They've evolved from a leading marketing agency into a product-focused business, and now need an experienced product leader to embed a true product culture.
The Opportunity
You'll be joining at a critical growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (also a co-founder). This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear pathway to leadership, including growing a team beneath you.
You'll:
* Own and define the product vision and roadmap from scratch
* Build products that turn raw data into real business outcomes
* Embed product thinking across the org
* Act as a bridge between technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers
* Help shape the future of an ambitious AI solutions company
About You
We're looking for a self-starting product leader who thrives in autonomy and ambiguity. You should have:
* Experience owning complex, data-driven products end-to-end
* Background in product-led organisations (not consulting or agency)
* A hands-on approach and proven ability to build from zero
* Comfort working with technical teams and customer insight
* A passion for building scalable, intelligent platforms
