Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll support the Business Development & Relationships Team by researching prospective clients and projects, developing information to identify and position opportunities for the business. Training and mentoring will be provided, making this an excellent entry point or opportunity to nurture existing skills in sales, relationship management, and business development.
Responsibilities include research, tracking patterns, identifying stakeholders, creating tailored proposals, preparing our team for presentations, refining workflows, working with AI sales coaching systems, responding to PQQs, and promoting yourself at the front end of the business.
This role offers a sales career pathway with progression through our Account Management structure, including roles like Account Assistant, Business Development Manager, and Account Manager. The ultimate goal is to develop into an Account or Project Director.

Please note: This is a Business Development role with no crossover into Marketing.
Qualifications Required:
* 3 A Levels A-C (or equivalent)
Salary: £28k-£30k (depending on experience)
