Customer Service Executive £28,000 - £32,000 | Longfield, Hybrid | Permanent Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a forward-thinking business in Longfield, Kent. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting contracts, customer accounts, and administration. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and orders with professionalism and empathy Act as the main contact for a group of customers, building strong and trusted relationships Support fleet contracts by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure successful delivery Process orders, customer returns, and special instructions accurately and efficiently Provide admin and technical support, including arranging fittings and preparing quotes or documentation for the sales team Maintain accurate records on company systems (CRM/Navision) to ensure data integrity Build product knowledge and stay up to date with market developments to provide the best solutions for customers Proactively resolve challenges, managing customer expectations effectively at every stage About You: 3 years’ customer service experience, ideally in a role involving order processing or contract support Business-to-business experience is a must Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence in using systems and processes (CRM/Navision knowledge desirable) A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to stay calm under pressure What’s on Offer Salary of £30,000 per annum Discretionary bonus scheme Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Supportive, collaborative working culture with opportunities to learn and grow Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
