We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing agency team.
This is a hands-on role for somebody with at least 3 years of experience managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and paid social.
The role is primarily office based, working closely with our team on strategy, optimisation, troubleshooting, reporting, and campaign performance across a wide range of client accounts.
We’re looking for somebody who enjoys problem-solving, spotting opportunities, improving results, and being part of a collaborative agency environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms
* Supporting strategy and performance improvements
* Working with tracking, GA4, attribution, and reporting
* Collaborating closely with account managers and the wider team
* Helping improve campaign processes and standards across the agency
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years of paid media experience
* Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge
* Good understanding of tracking and reporting
* Agency experience preferred but not essential
* Somebody proactive, organised, and commercially minded
