Are you an experienced Practice Nurse within Primary Care?We are looking for a Practice Nurse who will support our practices, providing nursing services by evidenced based, quality focused care. You will work alongside GPs, other nurses and healthcare professionals.

Shifts:Tuesday, Wednesday - Thornton (12.5 hours) and Friday (7.5 hours) North Park
Contract:20 hours per week

* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Training certificates in BSL, Infection Control, Information Governance, Safeguarding adults and children level 3.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilience
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
