Reporting to the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll use your knowledge and experience of continuous improvement fundamentals to analyse, communicate and improve complicated processes. A Collaborative and strong communicator, you'll work closely with key team members across the manufacturing department as you help to build standard operating procedures and shape plans for continuous improvement over a rolling 2-year period. Through people, events, and facts, you'll gain critical insights to assess and prioritise risk and failure mitigation, while optimising processes and equipment utilisation. Highly organised and resourceful, you'll find ways to solve problems through initiative and by harnessing the ideas of teams. You'll be required to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites, so we'll look to you to plan work efficiently andworking on continuous improvement and change management projects.
