You will work under the direction and support of senior staff to provide specific pastoral support to the school. Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Liaise with form tutors in the care, support, progress, and development of learners in your assigned year.
2. Support the Director of Progress for the Year team in the care, support, progress, and development of learners in your assigned years.
3. Ensure that the School's Behaviour for Learning (BfL) policy of rewards and sanctions is actively promoted, including your role within that policy.
4. Ensure the detention system works in line with the School's BfL policy, including supervision of relevant detentions.
