Senior Sales Assistant – Trafford Store, Charles Tyrwhitt
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well". We’re seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to work with Cameron and the team in our Trafford store. This is a 24‑hour per week contract (overtime available).
Responsibilities
* Work with store management to ensure the store, people, and operations are running safely and legally.
* Assume opening and closing responsibilities.
* Deliver excellent customer service using up‑to‑date product knowledge.
* Own and manage customer, wedding, and custom appointments.
* Co‑train and coach sales assistants and maximise sales opportunities to achieve and exceed KPIs.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
* Process deliveries, transfers, and merchandise quickly and accurately.
Requirements
* Retail experience (apparel or customer‑facing preferred).
* Key‑holder experience (desirable).
* Strong customer service and sales skills.
* Leads by example on service, selling, and shop floor standards.
* Enthusiastic, driven, and self‑motivated.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proactive in personal development.
* Team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
