Electronics Assembly Technician (PCB Assembly)

£12.75 – £13.75 per hour depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:15
Friday: 07:30 – 12:00 (early finish)
No previous electronics experience required – full training provided.
About the Role
We are looking for people with good attention to detail and steady hands to assemble high-quality electronic products at our Northallerton manufacturing facility.
Typical duties include:
* Assembling electronic products and sub-assemblies
* Working with small electronic components, circuit boards, box-build, wiring
* Following build instructions and assembly drawings
* Carrying out visual inspection of assemblies
* Working as part of a team to meet production schedules
Skills & Experience
* Ability to follow written work instructions
* Reliable and organised approach to work
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good attention to detail
* Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential.
Applicants with experience in precision assembly, craft work, hobby electronics, model making, jewellery work or similar fine hand-assembly roles are also encouraged to apply.
