Key Responsibilities
* Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
* Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
* Engage with customers, educate them on products, and build lasting relationships.
* Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
* Handle cash management and follow all security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
* Promote customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and their lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
