Overseeing a variety of projects, you will develop a timeline for tasks, conduct site visits, participate in progress meetings and produce reports on the progress and performance of the project. You will also manage project budgets, negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors and ensure health and safety procedures are followed at each site. Additionally, you will: - Manage the project team - Oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process for outside vendors - Manage operational and administrative functions About You To be considered as a Project Manager, you will need: - Experience in Fit Out or Construction Project Management role - Previous trades experience and/or skills - A first aid certification - A project manager CRS or CSCS card - A degree or equivalent qualification Please note, you will need the right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
