In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to:
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in the field of Occupational Therapy, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge
Manage your own caseload, conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policies
Work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes
Have a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practice
Ability to implement and promote contemporary best practice
Profile: Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Have a current AHPRA registration
Experience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.
Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
Experience with complex equipment assessment and prescription (desirable)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety and risk management
