Responsibilities: In this role, you will support the development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics. You will perform exploratory and targeted data analyses using descriptive statistics and other methods, collaborating across the business to identify and define new data and reporting requirements that add value and consistency across teams. You will facilitate the embedding of a self-service capability for operational business users, automating as much as possible to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will support analytics systems, including the development and maintenance of systems, processes, and algorithms. Your contributions will integrate, enhance, and deploy our analytical suite that provides our leadership with visibility on business performance for timely, data-driven decisions. You will support capacity modeling, maintain and develop new and existing forecasting demand models based on business insights research and analysis. You will own projects, build engagement, influence relevant stakeholders, and deliver change while working closely with Lean and Operations teams as we strive for operational excellence. Lastly, you'll participate and support digitization projects and research and implement new statistical, machine learning, and optimization approaches, remaining up to date with trends, new technology, and competitor advances.
