My client is currently looking for a full time legal secretary based in their Liverpool office, who will be responsible for the completion of various dictations and secretarial tasks.
Position: Legal Secretary
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Liverpool office
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: Depending on experience
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be familiar with BigHand;
2. Be familiar with Proclaim (desirable)
3. Type letters, legal documents, bills, emails;
4. Deal with emailed instructions from Partners, solicitors and fee earners;
5. Diary management;
6. Work well as part of team;
7. Have a good telephone manner.
8. Use initiative.
