Core Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to qualify roles, understand their talent needs, and provide robust market insights (skills, locations, rates, trends)
* Partner with internal sales and account teams to anticipate and prepare for future client demand
* Proactively build and nurture high-quality talent pools for consultancy and permanent recruitment, leveraging innovative sourcing and headhunting strategies
* Lead the full process of candidate attraction, engagement, shortlisting, and deliver an excellent candidate experience
* Utilise advanced ATS tools (Bullhorn, Pocket Recruiter) and platforms (Hinterview) to maintain data accuracy and proactively market candidates
* Consistently deliver on recruitment SLAs: time-to-shortlist, CV-to-interview ratio, fill rates, and monthly placement targets
* Act as a visible brand ambassador, supporting the wider sales effort through market mapping, candidate profiling, and event/online engagement
* Develop and maintain deep knowledge of IT technology and digital transformation roles, business change, and wider industry trends
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong understanding of IT technology recruiting
* Confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, engaging, shortlisting, and placing candidates
* Strong skills in stakeholder management and influencing, with a reputation for excellence in communication and service
* Highly proficient with ATS systems (especially Bullhorn) and open to championing new technology in recruitment
* Driven, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently to targets in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative, commercial, and passionate about building the future workforce through recruitment best practice
