Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Content Designer to join the Creative team and support the DWP Garage project for the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), a government department responsible for welfare and pension policy in the United Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while shaping content strategy and delivering impactful, user-focused experiences.
What you will do:
* Shape the product strategy and design content aimed at delivering pertinent information and optimal user experiences.
* Utilize audience research and data analysis to guide content placement and decision-making.
* Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure effective performance.
* Lead team decision-making processes and collaborate with multiple teams to drive key outcomes.
* Provide solutions to content-related challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
* Conduct thorough audience research to inform content strategy and design.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content goals and delivery.
* Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
* Develop innovative content solutions that enhance user experience.
* Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative and effective content ideas.
Qualifications
* Advanced proficiency in Product Development.
* Advanced proficiency in Digital Content Solution, Content Planning and Distribution Strategy, Content Assessment, and Content Creation (suggested).
* Strong analytical skills to interpret audience research and performance data.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive strategic content decisions.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Experience developing content for complex, user-focused digital environments.
