Position: Maintenance Mechanic
Salary: $62,400 to $87,800 (average 50-55 hours/week, usually 6 days/week)
Work on Sundays is paid double time; holidays are paid triple time.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on all production machinery to improve equipment reliability and product quality, as part of the maintenance team.

Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Mechanic/Electrician/Technician to set up, maintain, and repair production and packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, troubleshoot, and repair machinery used in production and packaging
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
* Install and commission new equipment
* Support production with maintenance tasks and urgent repairs
* Identify and resolve safety and quality issues with production staff
* Maintain accurate maintenance records
* Report equipment concerns proactively
* Participate in overtime and on-call duties
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Associate’s Degree in Maintenance Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
* 1–5 years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
* Knowledge of maintenance practices, OSHA standards
* Experience in fast-paced production environments
* Familiarity with GMP regulations
Work Environment
Located in a production facility with exposure to aromas, airborne particles, noise, and vibration. Proper safety equipment and training are provided.
This role involves working in areas with strong aromas, airborne dust, and operating machinery.
