7. Identifying training needs in collaboration with team leaders and managers
8. Monitoring training effectiveness and adapting content where required
9. Providing coaching and follow-up support to embed learning
10. Ensuring training aligns with company standards, compliance requirements and customer service excellence
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trainer should have:
