Our client is a specialist residential property practice serving the Midlands. With a dynamic, expert-led approach, it delivers a streamlined and personalised conveyancing experience across a wide range of residential property transactions.
It is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Head of Conveyancing to lead its growing department.
About the Role:

* Lead and manage a team of 30 staff across three offices
* Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing, ensuring technical excellence and compliance
* Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making
* Primarily based in Solihull, with occasional travel to London and Middlesbrough
* Support a full spectrum of residential property work, including:
* Sales and purchases
* First-time buyer matters
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* New build and off-plan acquisitions
* Right to Buy and shared ownership
* Transfers of equity and gifting arrangements
