Hayward Hawk is partnering with a leading Northern Ireland Manufacturing organisation to recruit an ERP Solutions Architect to play a key role in a major ERP transformation programme. This position will lead the architecture and design of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation within a complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership across the ERP platform, ensuring scalability, integration with existing systems, and alignment with the wider IT and digital strategy. The Role As ERP Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end ERP solution architecture, ensuring the system effectively supports business processes across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure the ERP solution is delivered in line with architectural best practices and organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities ERP Solution Architecture Design and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation. Define ERP architecture including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies. Ensure the platform supports key manufacturing, financial, and supply chain processes. Ensure adherence to Microsoft architectural best practices. Provide guidance during solution design workshops and technical reviews. Work closely with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with agreed architecture. Work closely with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to optimise business processes. What Were Looking For Proven experience as an ERP Solution Architect or Senior ERP Consultant. Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations. Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems. Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational business processes. Experience with data migration, integrations (Azure/Power Platform), and reporting tools such as Power BI. Experience Required Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Experience with Azure Integration Services. Experience in a Solutions Architect or Similar role. Experience working with internal teams and external implementation partners. Experience supporting migration from legacy ERP platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Desirable Experience Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, or Azure DevOps. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
