Equipment Support Technician - The Role: As an Equipment Support Technician, you'll play a key part in keeping our factory and facilities running smoothly. You'll be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance, assisting with equipment installations, and supporting repairs across the site. Equipment Support Technician - Key Responsibilities: - Perform basic repairs on factory and site equipment, including building, service, and facility maintenance tasks - Assist team members with repairs and maintenance on assembly and test equipment - Conduct scheduled maintenance activities such as inspections, temperature checks, cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacements - Work closely with the Facilities Manager, Production/Team Leaders, and the Equipment Support Team Equipment Support Technician - You: - Recognised engineering apprenticeship or qualification (desirable) - Experience in the repair and maintenance of automated equipment, plant, or facilities - Background in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities & Site Services Maintenance (desirable) - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset - Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment - Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills - Flexibility to work extended hours when required - Fluent in English, both written and spoken Equipment Support Technician - Benefits: - 26 days annual holiday + Public Holidays - Defined Contribution Pension - Group Life Assurance - Group Income Protection - Free car parking There is no sponsorship on offer for this role.
