We’re a content-first, culture-driven digital marketing company specialising in social media and storytelling for the food and hospitality industry. We operate a high-output content machine with a community of over 300,000 followers and 3 million+ monthly viewers across multiple platforms.
We seek a social-native, culturally tuned-in, execution-driven operator who understands digital dynamics and is eager to grow. You should know what captures attention, how to sustain engagement, and how to build momentum across platforms. A passion for taste, obsession, and relentless follow-through are essential; a marketing degree is not required.
This role is not a standard 9-5 position.
If you prefer a predictable schedule and routine tasks, this role may not suit you. We want someone seeking growth, aiming to build a legacy brand, and ready to move fast.
Non-negotiable experience:
* Built an online paid community on Skool or Circle
* Used Iconosquare for social media management
* Managed Dropbox extensively
* Proficient in G Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
* Experienced with Monday.com
Responsibilities include:
* Building and managing a paid community platform on Circle, including onboarding, organising live workshops, coordinating guest logistics, and community engagement
* Developing and implementing social media strategies
* Managing multiple social media accounts and scheduling posts
* Community management across social platforms
* Staying updated with digital trends and platform changes
* Collaborating with editors to produce viral content
* Analyzing platform performance and providing strategic insights to grow reach and engagement
* Assessing analytics across channels to report and refine strategies
