The Role :
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of probate disputes, including:
* Will challenges, trust disputes, and inheritance claims
* Contentious estate administration
* Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
* Representing clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
You will play a key role in business development, building strong relationships with clients, families, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, while working within a team of respected experts.
Requirements:
* You must be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
* Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
* The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
* A strong commercial mindset and an interest in business development
