We are looking for a personable and conscientious Gaúcho/Gaúcha Chefto join our Fazenda team! OurGaúcho/Gaúcha Chef'sform part of our grill team and are responsible for the serving of our meats. The grill and our meats are at the heart of what we do. Our team ofGaúcho/Gaúcha Chef's serve and carve the finest selection of meats directly at our guests’ tables, with all the tradition behind the unique Brazilian way of serving. Although experience is great, it isn’t essential as full training will be provided, so long as you are friendly and have a passion for guests you’ll fit right in! A good level of English is required for this role.
The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £11.49 per hour, plus anticipated tronc per hour.

Serving a selection of up to fifteen meats including sirloin, fillet, rump, chicken, lamb, pork and ribeye, we are passionate about tailoring our meat service to the needs of each individual guest we serve.
The role of theGaúcho/Gaúcha Chefis to:
* Master the art of grilling various meats on their appropriate grills
* Ensure meats are butchered, marinated andskewered in line with specifications.
* Present and serve the meats to guests at their tables and politely offer each type of meat, explaining which one it is and offering recommendations where appropriate
