The Role

Supporting health & safety across regional residential construction projects
*
Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
*
Assisting with RAMS, method statements, and safe systems of work
*
Working closely with site teams to promote best practice and compliance
*
Supporting incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
*
Acting as a point of contact for health & safety advice across the business
About You
*
Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction (residential experience preferred)
*
Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and site-based practices
*
Confident communicator, able to engage positively with site teams
*
NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent)
*
Proactive, organised, and keen to develop further under strong mentorship
