Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Syon Grange School - Isleworth, London TW7 5AJ (with flexibility across Hillingdon Manor sites)

Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (payable in two installments after successful probation)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday; hours to overlap with core school hours (part-time considered)

Contract: Permanent (term time only or flexible full-time options available)

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team at Syon Grange, supporting pupils aged 16-25, many of whom may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. The role involves delivering bespoke OT assessments and interventions, working within the standards of the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, and contributing to staff training and consultation. The ideal candidate will be resilient, creative, and enthusiastic, committed to a person-centred, empowering approach, and maintaining a strong safeguarding culture.

Essential criteria include a recognized OT degree, valid HCPC registration, RCOT membership, relevant experience, and a full UK driving license. An interest in sensory integration or sensory-informed practice is desirable. We offer a £2000 training allowance to support your professional development after probation.
