Solar PV Installer – Permanent, Nationwide
The Role
* Install commercial and industrial rooftop solar PV systems
* Work from drawings and plans, install panels, mounting systems, DC cabling, and inverters
* Complete quality checks and ensure compliance
* Support and mentor junior installers where needed
* Escalate technical or safety issues promptly
You'll Need
* 1–2 years' solar PV or relevant installation experience
* Confident working independently and at height
* Knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roofs
* MC4 crimping, DC terminations, fault finding, and testing skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Flexible for nationwide travel and overnight stays
