We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales / Marketing Assistant to support our business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, manage client relationships, and provide administrative support that drives business growth. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and an interest in both sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communications.
* Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate client and prospect records.
* Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, social media activity, and promotional events.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends.
* Help create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
* Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing departments.
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or administration (advantageous but not required).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
