o Utilize your sales acumen to establish and maintain a robust portfolio of construction equipment clients.
o Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to reach them effectively.
o Represent the company's interests at trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
o Analyze market conditions and competitor actions to develop strategic sales plans.
o Generate and present quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
o Collaborate with technical and service teams to provide comprehensive support and solutions to customers.
o Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and new technologies in construction equipment.
Requirements
o 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, particularly within the construction equipment sector.
o Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and build long-lasting relationships.
o Strong understanding of construction industry needs and equipment.
o Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
o Proficient in CRM software and capable of managing sales pipelines effectively.
