About the role
We are looking for a self‑motivated and driven Strategy & Partnerships Manager to shape the future of our organisation and the health outcomes of the communities we serve. The role will involve working across a wide network of internal and external partners, designing innovative approaches that improve care, reduce inequalities and strengthen collaboration across Barking, Havering and Redbridge.
Key responsibilities
* Support development of strategic plans and lead complex projects.
* Provide high‑quality advice to senior colleagues.
* Translate evidence, data and insight into practical action and help teams identify opportunities for improvement.
* Build strong relationships across the Trust, local Place partnerships and the wider North East London system, acting as an ambassador for long‑term strategic thinking.
* Lead discussions with diverse stakeholders to improve outcomes for patients and local communities.
* Assist in ongoing strategic design development and support priority strategic projects.
* Support colleagues in developing local strategic plans that align with Trust, Place and System strategies.
Key qualifications
* Analytically strong with intellectual curiosity.
* Confident working in fast‑moving environments.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in strategy development, project management and partnership building (preferred).
Additional information
All new staff appointed at the Trust are subject to a probationary period.
