Job Title: Credit Controller
Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent position with 37 working hours per week, operating on a hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
About the Role
The role involves negotiating with customers to offer suitable repayment options and working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions. You will proactively engage with domestic customers experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills via inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate active listening, empathy, and maintain a solutions-focused approach, setting clear boundaries and expectations.
About You
* Experience handling difficult conversations in a target-driven environment
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and managing multi-channel communications
