Full job description
Location: Shawbury, Shropshire. 6pm-7:15pm Monday-Friday
Job Purpose: To be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and sanitising of our clients Health Centre, ensuring the required standards are always followed. Uphold the image of the company when in uniform and always provide a professional and customer friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow cleaning/housekeeping directives as laid down in the property checklists and cleaning protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
* Ability to work accurately and methodically.
* Clean and sanitise entrance lobby's, reception areas, staircases, clinical areas, staff areas, corridors and restrooms.
* Ensure correct disposal of domestic and medical waste following company guidelines.
* Inform Supervisor/Lead when cleaning stock supplies are running low.
* Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional and promptly inform Supervisor/Lead of any issues.
* Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
* Adhere to Kiniclean's health and safety guidelines.
* Build good relationships with Management and site leads to ensure a clean environment, reporting any health & Safety concerns.
* Ensure cleaning rooms are neat and tidy and equipment is stored correctly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance.
* Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
* Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management team.
* DBS Check.
