About the Role
Duty Manager – Tortilla, Glasgow Central Station.
Pay & Hours
£15.31 per hour (including £1.50 incentive for hours between midnight and 6 am). Full‑time (30+ hours); shifts from 6 am, any five out of seven shifts, across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You
* Hospitality moves fast – thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day.
* Must be 18 years of age or older for certain tasks or shifts.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire the team to deliver great customer service and be the go‑to person for customer and team queries.
* Keep informed about unit performance and champion improvements.
* Prior experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or retail environment is ideal.
