Operating Department Practitioners and Registered Nurses
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic staff to join our experienced teams in the operating theatre suite. The role supports the safe delivery of care and engages with the Trust's transformation and strategic vision.
Responsibilities
* Support safe delivery of patient care in the operating theatre.
* Collaborate with multi‑professional colleagues as part of a 24‑hour service.
* Contribute to the Trust's transformation and service development initiatives.
Qualifications
* NMC registered Nurse with an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Adult Health Nursing.
* HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner with a Dip (HE) in Operating Department Practice.
* Experience in the department is desirable but not essential.
Location & Work Hours
Base location: UHD – Poole Hospital with cross‑site working in Royal Bournemouth Hospital. A planned move to the Bournemouth site is scheduled for March 2027.
