Job Description
The treasury function supports the following activities for all brands in the WSH group:
4. Cashflow forecasting
5. Daily Liquidity Management and Payments
6. Debt management
7. Banking and facilities management
8. Treasury Operations and Insurance
9. Treasury transformation projects
Reporting into the Senior Treasury Manager, key accountabilities of the role:
10. Daily Liquidity Management and Payments: ensuring cash is in the right place at the right time to facilitate the group’s operations
11. Online payment administration and HSBC purchasing cards
12. Setup direct debits and other banking requirements
13. Weekly payroll confirmations to the payroll team
14. Performance bonds
15. KYC requirements from banks, lenders, and providers
16. Banking operations including bank mandates and opening/closing of accounts
17. Users (Investors) for rating access in Intralinks
18. Group insurance.
Qualifications
What we require from you:
19. Educated to degree level
20. Basic finance and accounting knowledge
21. Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
22. Numerical proficiency
23. Aspiration to work towards treasury/accountancy qualification.
24. Good written and verbal communication skills
25. Detail oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy.
26. Works well under pressure, has the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
27. Have the ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
