Job Title: Clinical Lead Hours: 40 hours per week (Fully Supernumerary) Salary: £50,000 per year About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Clinical Lead. This is a full-time role where you will have overall responsibility for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will lead, mentor, and support a team of carers, providing clinical guidance and promoting best practices in nursing care. Key Responsibilities Place residents at the centre of care delivery, respecting their wishes and preferences. Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team. Manage all aspects of medicines safely and in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements. Safeguard and promote the welfare of residents at all times. Mentor and coach staff, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NMC guidelines. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, high-quality care. Deliver nursing care according to current best practice, policy, and legislative requirements. Attend statutory and professional development training as required.
