What will you be doing?
You will be joining us as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on permanent appointments with clients across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, and Thames Valley. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and meeting decision makers in the local market.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and company culture.
* Utilising a range of sourcing methods to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Managing the entire recruitment process from client brief to candidate placement, including interviews and offer negotiation.
* Providing expert advice to clients and candidates by staying up-to-date with market trends and salary benchmarks.
* Ensuring all recruitment activities and data are compliant and accurately recorded.

* Some experience in an agency recruitment role.

* Competitive base salary of £28,000 – £34,000 FTE depending on experience.
